Howard Cheek's remarkable image of a female cardinal landing has been selected by the Nature Conservancy for the August 2010 calendar page.

Congratulations Howard!

Hello Daniel, I appreciate your mentioning it.
The Conservancy does great work, and I'm proud to be associated with them.
Still waiting for my calendar in the mail, seems the photographer is last on their list ;-}

Thank you all,
Howard

Congratulations Howard, that has to be a small and impressive club you've joined with this image! A beautiful capture justly rewarded. Here's to many more! :toast:
