Three Columbines
I shot these columbines near Cumbres Pass about two weeks ago on my way to Southern Arizona. I have not spent much time in the Colorado high country yet this summer as I have been doing trips east and south for more prairie work. Hope to remedy that this coming week

Three Columbine together like this work beautifully as a composition Stephen. I really like the mix of colours, the yellow lichen on the rocks adds some punch to the bacground, very nice!.

I like this image, as Nick said good comp and background. The colors are quite strong, not sure if that is a problem or not.

That's a pretty good feat, getting all parts of the columbines in focus yet none of the rocks as a nice soft background.
Real nice!

I really like this comp and the way the flowers pop out from the background. Nice work!

A very sweet intimate shot - great detail and rich color!

An excellent comp, triples always work well. Good dof, and I like the repeating of the yellow of the pistils with the lichen. I would suggest blurring the background some more.
