usual garden set up, but in colder clims, taken earlier in the year during a snow storm

focal length 400mm
1/320, f6.3, iso 400

Endearing look on the bird and some nice detail however my view is immediately drawn to the hot white area above the birds head and the notch of bark missing from the twig.. If there is a catchlight in the eye it might be worth trying to lift it a little to bring a little more life into the bird. Shame it didn't lift it's head a little for you..
