This past Friday evening I ventured up to Boreas Pass and Guanella Pass here in Colorado and wanted to share this shot with you all.

This was shot on my KM 5D using just my Hoya CPL, Minolta 18-200 DT lens, how I managed to get this shot still amazes me, as my knee was really in bad shape, and the Jeep I was riding in was playing Havoc with getting in & out, so I couldn't use my Tripod for this shot. IS0 800, 1/10th second (Thank you Lord for in camera A/S!!) Hope you all enjoy it! It is Wildflower season up there right now, I was in photography paradise!

That's some amazing dynamic range there, John! Beautiful shot, it held together real well.

Nice moment with the sun coming below the clouds. The flowers look great up there too!

Amazing DR indeed!
Glad you were there for that moment with a camera.
If you could tweak just a bit more shadow detail on the left, I'd call this good.
