Debjit,
I really like the composition, and the processing creates a nice mood. A couple of minor suggestions, though. The highlights in the cascade look a tad bright, especially considering the late hour. Secondly, there is some noticeable darkening on the upper right that could easily be evened out with a curves adjustment. Great job overall.

Thanks Anish for the nitpick. I agree about the corner darkening, possibly from light fall-off/lens vignetting. here is a quick and dirty rework - less corner darkening and cascade toned down a bit.

Debjit,

I like the composition, too. The reworked image is much better. I would like to see more detail in the dark foreground areas. The color looks nice.

I like the re-work. Definitely an improvement.

I like it, the photo has it all, well at least 3 nice points of interest, the waterfall, flowers and colorful clouds. Not always easy place 3 elements nicely into a compostion. It does seem a little dark to me in both versions. Have you tried printing a 4x6 or a test strip maybe? Could just be time to recalibrate for me. I guess I'll be doing that a little later tonight. The dark scene could just be what you were aiming for Debjit.

An extremely wonderful scene, Debjit. Although it's hard to tell at this web size, but it looks like it could use a bit more work in the deeper shadow areas possibly, but overall a great capture to work with.

Steve, I haven't yet printed it but was aiming for the darker scene to create the mood..not sure if I was successful :-)

Preston, Paul - I see enough light and details in the shadow areas. I agree that for a bright light nearby, it could be difficult.
