A few more from my trip up to the IPW a couple weeks ago. As the sun came up it ended up going behind some clouds on the horizon which gave me some soft diffused light -- which you can see in the progression of these images. I'm wondering if any of these stand out....
Thanks!

Thanks, Bill -- I was moving around a little frantically trying to find a decent reflection since the wind had completely died. It was tough since there was so much ice still.
I thought you might like the one with clouds, Todd Thanks! I got lucky that the sun went behind a thin layer of clouds to the east which cut the DR enough to get a decent looking exposure.
Thanks again guys.
I'm on the #2 band wagon too, I like the blues and the moon!.

I like all of them. The early light reflections in #1 are really cool. #3 is nice but the sky seems a little light. More polarizer? Split neutral density? Saturate the blue in the sky? Nice work.
Thanks for the comments guys. Rod, I will try and squeeze more blues out of the sky on #3. The sun was directly behind me so no polarizer, but I think I can still get the sky to pop more.
Thanks, Jody -- its been tough for me to get too far from the road lately, I am battling a disc problem that makes my left leg go numb -- in this case I decided to suck it up for this 6 mile hike because I was sick of being an invalid. I certainly payed for it at the end of the trail, but it was totally worth it. I am looking forward to getting back to normal again soon
I like them, but 2 & 3 seem a bit oversaturated to me (may be my monitor), especially the blues. I wouldn't add any more! Last thing - I'd have cropped a little off the right side of 3. Really a cool (pardon the pun) looking place.

I really like #1 great shot!!!! Also like #2.... but #1 is magical.... great job!!! #3 composition is also fantastic....
I'm on the fence between 1 and 2. Both are nice, and I especially like the moon and clouds in 2. I'm seeing a slight cyanish cast in the mtns on #2. I don't know if anyone else sees that.
BTW, I don't know if you saw Jim Casteel's post the other day where several folks mentioned point mergers. I think if you had moved one step to the left you would have had a killer reflection in 1 and 2. Nice stuff either way Paul.
Paul -- I did read that post about point mergers. I actually thought the same thing while comosing the image, in fact I moved as far as I could to the left to make sure the tip of the mountain was unobscured -- unfortunately there wasn't any more real estate to the left except the lake and I would also have had to drop down a bit as well. So, I totally see your point and I was actually thinking the same thing....
