I've just recently returned from two months of working river trips and hiking in Dinosaur and Idaho. I'm still feeling the culture shock, and with my processing backlog completely out of control, but it was a great boating season. Above is Cupboard Creek Rapid, a fairly typical spot on the Selway River. The Selway is surely one of the most beautiful streams anywhere, amazing in its clarity, its whitewater and its deep, deep wilderness setting. I'm extremely grateful to have been running it this year.

Aside from the annoying and overt copyright stuff, this is a beauty. Can't wait to see more.

I agree with Todd-some nice looking water there!

I really like this; the color is spot on, and composition wise it's very nice. I go right to the large riffle to the right center, downstream, down to the rocks in the lower right corner, and then back up along the diagonal to the big rock which points right at the riffle. I agree with Todd about the copyright stuff though.

Thanks guys, I'll definitely look at toning the copyright down. That's an issue I just don't enjoy thinking much about, so your feedback is appreciated!

Nice Jackson, good comp.

I like this a lot Jackson, the comp works very well. It can be very hard to balance the dark areas with the whitewater and you got it done!
