Thinking of heading up for a few days of shooting and trying to decided between Ouray and Crested Butte. Any recommendations?

Crested Butte is past peak John. Just remnant patches. Yankee Boy and American Basins are still fairly vibrant if you plan on Ouray, but don't wait. This info is as of last weekend.
