I caught this sunset up on the Continental Divide near the Middle Fork of the Swan River near Breckenridge. In retrospect I wish, I had been situated a little further down the road, only I wasn't expecting much of a light show when I arrived. I feel that the foreground may be a little too dark, but then again I wanted to accentuate the light on the more distant hills. I am open to any comments or critiques.

Here is a shot looking the other direction.

Very Nice Randy! I like the way the sun lights the distant hills. I can still see a fair amount of detail in the foreground, maybe a slight dodge would help in the lower left area.

I like it. Good tones, textures, and atmosphere.

Pretty nice color there and I like the clouds scraping the distant peak. The layers and light beams in the second shot are spectacular.

Cheers,
