B & W Fox

Hi all,

Very much a chance encounter this afternoon in very murky weather! I saw this fox ambling along the footpath I was on, so I took cover at the side and made some squeaks, sure enough the fox came trotting up to investigate  . The white areas of the fox have picked up the green hue of the surrounding vegetation on the colour version, so converted to b & w to see what it was like and I much prefer it!

Thanks for looking,

Lewis.

Spot on, Lewis, great contrast and eye contact. Not bad for 1/80th either.

Out of all recent BW postings IMHO this works the best. Great stance & expression, not sure is there is a little too much room on the r/h side?

Nice one Lewis :toast:

A lovely portrait Lewis and well suited to a B & W conversion :toast:

Might and I stress might have been tempted to remove the grass from between the ears
