Here's a few shots from this morning. Shot sunset atop Imogene Pass last night, then camped near timberline on the Ouray side. The flowers looked like they were once impressive (mostly goldenrod[?] and larkspur), but are fading fast. Here's a waterfall from up that way.

And here's some coneflowers growing right alongside the road out of Yankee Boy Basin. It's been a very productive trip, starting on Wednesday night on Hermit Pass, ending either tomorrow or Tuesday (Wife-dependent. I don't really want to come home to find all my belongings in trash bags on the front porch and the locks changed!).
I like the flowers, very cheery
Hey if your wife kicks you out, you could always grow a beard, grab some weed, and hike aimlessly through the Weminuche Wilderness. I bet the photos you'd get would be cooler than that Churchill dude's

Really like how the red rocks really make the flowers stand out.
NIce shots - love the simplicity, color and textures in the coneflower image. It's cool you've had a great business trip ~ enjoy the rest of the journey!
