Lunch in Texas
Was in Dallas TX last week and while walking around the hotels cement pond found this enterprising fella with lunch. When I was telling a friend they said they saw it get one the day before. I know it is not a great shot not even the best of the several I took but it shows the crawfish in the best pose. The right FG blob is the railing on the steps down to the walkway.
70-300mm @600mm eq 1/800 f5.6 ISO 400 Cropped and sharpened.

Fun shot, Kendall. Seems like the crawfish would be wise to let go. Is that a Yellow-crowned Night Heron?

Nice. Was the crawfish able to hold on and avoid being swallowed?!

Nice catch. Too bad about the post but you might be able to crop out just the head and make a great photo out of it.

Other than that darn post, this is a fantastic catch of the Great Blue Heron, Kendall!
