Looks like the young one is a bit fiesty! Lovely interaction. Wish I had seen enough kingfishers to judge the tones better but I wonder if it is a tad bright?

it does look a little bright and a shame the young one had its back to you, but still a very nice kingfisher image.

It looks a bit bright on my monitor as well. I don’t think that the branch to the left and right of the birds add anything to the picture and would prefer a tight portrait crop. Nice shot though.
