Gothic Area, Crested Butte
Hi everyone,
How are you all doing? I apologize for my decreased activity here over the past few weeks. I have been busy looking for a new job, as my current one decreased my hours significantly (from 40 a week to 8 a week). Ouch! Can't live on that, so I've been out hunting. Something's bound to come up soon.
Anyway, here's a post of an image I captured while in Crested Butte about 3 weeks ago. I couldn't believe the wildflowers, and how green things were there! It was awesome.
This image was taken off of Gothic Road north of Crested Butte, Colorado. I couldn't decide whether to crop off some of the sky or not. Your C&C is appreciated. Another version of this will be posted over on ESS.

I would not crop the sky. I would crop off part of the bottom stream: not much really going on there while the clouds in the sky are quite nice.

Beautiful image, great colors, I wouldn't crop it unless you need to for printing.

I like this just the way it is. A beautiful Colorado image!

It seems a bit dark on my monitor. Does anyone else notice this? I like the comp as-is.

Ditto Stephen, and Ken ... yes a bit dark overall.

I agree with Steve - lop a little off the bottom, lighten it up a tad, and you have a really sweet shot here!

Gorgeous color, and a very little cropping, maybe.
