A Cute Sparrow
Not been out much recently for various reasons, so decided to stay home and photograph my garden birds this weekend.

'East, west, home is best' the old saying goes. This image supports it. Excellent.

Hi Fran
''where's me dinner?'' springs to mind.

Lovely image Fran. Its easy to forget what is right on your doorstep sometimes. I have got a young male Blackbird who has the cutest speckled head I have every seen - hes very handsome and very demanding for his daily supply of raisins. I can't believe it but I haven't even taken a photograph of him. Better not leave it too much longer.

Pays never to overlook what's on your own doorstep.
Lovely shot framed beautifully by the surrounding vegetation.
