ID Wanted please!.
I went out on the coastal marshes this evening hoping for Marsh Harriers, they were there but as usual stayed out or range .Scanning the trees around a flight pond I came across this raptor, sitting above a pigeon. They were 750 yards away; the pic was taken with a 600 + 1.4 on a tripod with 10 sec delay. My bird ID is not that great so please help, is a Peregrine perhaps. All answers welcome.
