We wanted to announce to our NPN friends the opening of a Gallery Showing at the Four Season's Hotel and Resort in Westlake Village, California on Friday, October 16th.
The show will run for 3 months and feature Harley Goldman, Steve Sieren and your's truly, Lon Overacker. Not everything is finalized yet - in fact there are other artists and we don't know who everyone else is yet. Maybe it's someone else from NPN???
More information to follow, but if you're in Southern California on the 16th of October, you're invited to opening night.
Can't speak for Steve or Harley, but this is my very first show. I'm pretty excited about it and much of my motivation to get off my duff and do something is due in large part to the folks here at NPN. I've made many new friends and appreciate the support and kick in the behind very much. Thanks!

Congratulations to Harley, Steve, and Lon.
I have my first exhibit opening at the Bosque Art Center in Central Texas this fall also.
Opening day is October 17th.
Will have 35 images of various sizes on display there for a month.
Hope to sell enough to cover the costs anyway..

Good going, Lon! Sure wish I could be there to give you a cheer. Just your work alone would be outstanding. The three of you being in there, well, that oughta blow a few minds!
I agree that it should be a spectacular exhibit with the best of each artisit displayed. Unfortunately I have no plans to travel. Good luck and here's hoping that you each sell them all.

Congrats Lon. I find it hard to believe this is your first show. Your work is excellent and inspiring. I hope it will be rewarding both financially and in terms of personal growth.

I love to go see good photography shows, but I'm afraid yours is just too far afield for me.
