Debutting Thursday, August 20, my Framed Prints will be hanging on the "Gallery" wall in Schuler Books at the Lake Lansing Mall in Lansing, MI.
This is a first for me, and it was a challenge finding the time to mat and frame 17 + images and to have my first "try" at writing an artists statement. It will be interesting to see what kind of reception I get.

Congratulations and my best wishes Andy. Unforunately I leave for Florida for just shy of a week this coming Tuesday. I wuld have enjoyed coming and seeing your exhibit as I am less than an hour away. Enjoy the butterflies, excitement, and accolades. Are you "just hanging" or hanging and possible sales? If possible sales, I hope you enjoy the green merits.

Congrats! If you're anything like me you're feeling a mixture of exhilaration and trepidation. After my three "hangings" I can say the trepidation will wane but the exhilaration will remain. That will keep bringing you back for more.
Seventeen photos is a daunting task - and a lot of investment. I wish you lots of great comments; and some sales would be nice too. I don't see a website listed - where will your admirers go to see your work and share it with others?

Steve and Ken: Thanks. Steve, yes, they are also for sale. We'll see whether the green rewards come.
Ken: I dropped my full membership here a year back, due to the need to direct my financial input elsewhere. I did not have a website at that time. If I make some sales, one of my first orders will be to re-up here. In the meantime, my website is at http://www.lightcentricphotography.com

Andy, will there be a reception on Thursday? I'm in the Lansing area and would definitely like to stop by during the showing, but would also like to meet the artist/photographer as well. Congrats and good luck with the $ales.
