I have been providing commentary on some of your most wonderful work for the last year - here is my first image post on the forum.
Taken last year. I feel this is a different perspective on deer as most shots seem to be in moor or grassland locations. This one and a number of other deers crossed between fenland, whilst the sun was setting from behind the camera viewpoint.
Not quite sure the colours are quite accurate as swapping from PC to MAC at the moment and similar photos are looking different between the two, although accurately (?) calibrated! according to the instructions...
Canon 1DM2n, Beanbag
Focal length 700mm (500f4+1.4)
f8, iso 200, shutter not recorded
Colorspace - photoRGB converted to sRGB, Levels & Curves

Great bit of NH Ian.
On a personel note I would have probable cropped the reed from the right and a small amount of the top. As you say a different perspective and well done.

As the man has stated he has been passing comments on your work over a period of time.
Would it not be proper to do the same back.
Eighty views and no comments whats wrong with this so called critique site. Its like extracting teeth.

Certainly a different take on Deer, nice to see a more natural setting.
