Streamway Park
This shot was made about 20 minutes before I captured the image of the Great Blue Heron I posted recently. Streamway Park, Johnson County, KS.

5D, 24-70L @ 27 mm, 20 sec @ f/13, ISO 160, MF

Wayne a beautiful reflection and great sky. It really makes the park setting nice. I also love the comp and the placement of the tree in the shot.

Wayne, this is a very peaceful scene. As Gale said, great placement of the tree. Glad to see you are getting out and taking photos this summer.

Really nice, Wayne. Great composition with the tree and winding shoreline and path. The touch of pink in the sky is a nice element too.

The leaning tree and its reflection really set this image off as special. Is that biking/hiking trail to the right?

Everything just falls right into place in this image Wayne. It's very well executed.

Yes that is a paved path on the right. Streamway Parks includes a 17 mile continously paved trail that winds through Johnson County in the western portion of the Greater Kansas City area. Bicyclists use it the most followed by joggers and finally by the odd photographer. Come to think of it, I've only ever seen one photographer there ... me!
