I'm headed back from a ten day photo trip out west. A group of 10 photographers (led by Tim Buchanan) had a spectacular time out in Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon and the Grand Canyon northern rim. Here are a few shot I edited quickly for the web.
Thanks Tim Buchanan for the wonderful trip and I hope you had a happy Birthday today!

This storm happened right before we left the Grand Canyon. It doesn't quite capture how beautiful it was...

You only shot 50gigs? What did you do, sleep some? I would love to go back with the skills and equipment that we have now for doing nighttime images - that is the best part of the country for doing that sort of work - can't wait to see what you have of the stars!
I would follow Tim B. anywhere and know you guys had a great time...

Aaron, great shots, it is hard to pick a favorite but #2 is special. I looking forward to seeing more.

Wonderful images on all accounts Aaron. I'll bet it was a great trip, one I'd like to do with Tim leading the way.

Really outstanding work, Aaron. All three frames are stunning, but the third one is my favorite. Looking forward to more!
I'd love to make it out there sometime - you guys must have had a great time.

Wow Aaron those are fantastic! I love the second shot with the lighting bolt. That is one for a wall somewhere for sure.

Simply gorgeous. The lightning photo is an award winner . . . especially with the lightning bolts connected like that. Magical.

Really like those double lightning strikes!

Great images Aaron. The third is my favorite with wonderful color and light. Very pleasing composition as well.

Fantastic images, look like you had a great time. The water in front of the Narrows is my favorite, love that light!

Hey, Aaron - I had a great time on the trip. I'm glad you had a good time and your pics look great. I'm still processing pictures (91GB for me - yikes!). I had a great birthday on the road with you guys!

Great shots Aaron! I like the one of Zion Canyon! Excellent light. I am hoping to make a trip to my home state of AZ soon myself. One could shoot a lifetime in that area of the country and still not capture it all...So much to see! Glad you guys go a chance to go.
