I have been processing images from my big June trip to Wisconsin and back. The last morning I was at Brooks Lake in Wyoming. This is a 5 image HDR blend with additional burning and dodging in CS4. What do you think?

I really like the pastel colours and your HDR processing. What a great reflecting lake too - but where's the grass, not a sign anywhere of any

Really nice, Steve. Good blend, great shot. I could argue to that the reflected peaks could be a tiny bit darker, but that's being nit-picky.

Nice pic Stephen. As for processing I think the blue is too saturated, and the highlights got a little blown in the clouds from red/yellow over saturation. Maybe you could reduce the haziness of the mountains by playing with levels too.

My overall impression of this is really good. But having said that, there are a couple of things that bug me. #1 is the clouds above and to the left of the sun near the frame edge. I can't really tell at this size, but there is a weird blurring to them. My eye gets stuck on that. I also find the big dark spot in the lower left to be distracting. It doesn't match any reflection from the sky. Also, Todd's point about the reflected peaks being darker is a good one. Anyway, you asked, so I thought I'd offer some comments, but as I said, my overall impression of this is really good. I'd love to see it larger.

Looks pretty good to me, Stephen! Colors are nice and the exposure looks good. I might back off the sky contrast just a tad. Nice scene!

Beautiful scene! I see a hint of haloing along the mountains, but overall it looks nice to me.

Comp and colors are outstanding, and I agree with the comments on a little more work on the mountains.

I see color noise, posterization and other artifacts in the sky - which may be just JPEG junk. And there seems to be some subtle halos around the clouds in the center. And I agree with Paul' comments. (It's so hard to critique small JPEG files. Your prints are always top notch.) Technical considerations aside, this is an awesome moment. Great comp.
