Upside down?!
Hi all

I've been showing this image to a few people recently as an A3 print and no one can get the orientation right first time. Some even view it as a landscape. Quite amusing to watch.

I spent about half an hour with this moorhen. Perfect conditions for photography... no wind and superb winter light. Couldn't have asked for better. I hope I did it justice.

That reflection is superb, as are the feather details & a nice comp.

As others have mentioned razor sharp, a great range of tones and the exposure is spot on

I would be very happy with that

Beautiful image that is equally sharp which ever way you view it,great vision by yourself to have seen this and taken such a nice image with stunning detail and colours, I really like the ideal- well done Ian :wink: :wink: :wavey:

Very nice image with super detail in both the subject and reflection, just find it all a little cramped and therefore doesn't quite sit right for me.

A nice image Ian but not sure about the OOF reeds running through the reflection :toast:
