Two days in the Sangres, east and west side, over 10,000ft vertical climbed over 20 miles hiked, many blisters, thats the trip report in a nut shell. Shots of Kit Carson, Colombia Point, the Crestones, Little Bear, Blanca and Ellingwood.
Maybe when I have more time I will go in depth about my journey, lets just say it was another adventure.

You brought home a bunch more goodies Jody! Didn't know mountain goats got blisters

The essence of the dynamic Sangres set forth in one page ... excellent series!

Amazing shots Jesse!! I can't imagine the work required to get those incredible views.

Well, I was going to select my favorites by number, but there's so many good ones, I'll just give a big, fat thumbs-up to the whole lot. (although that first one and the one with the orange curtains of rain, and the tele alpenglow shots of Kit Carson, and the Little Bear shot from the SW...well, now you get the idea.)

I am sometimes reluctant to pick favorites, but the fifth one stands out in your series, as I see it. They are all really nice classic high country portrayals.

Another high country productive trip. Awesome work, Jody!

Awesome! I like all those rugged detail shots, especially the one with all the different peaks and ridges in alpenglow.
#10 and #13 are knocking my socks off! I'd love to hear what route you took.

Excellent series but when I scrolled to number #10 it was like WOW time!

#'s 9, 10 & 11 really stand out among a fine series.
Definitely some unique (and sweat equity) images!

The whole series is simply amazing. I did not even know how beautiful the range can be, even though I visited a lot of it. Thank you very much for posting these!

Great stuff, as usual, Jody. The whole series has a wonderful ruggedness and quality of light.
