I had my camera on the way to work today (Saturday). Took a number of shots. This is an HDR rendition using 3 shots from camera +3 setting. Nikon D700, 28 mm prime/manual at f/22, IDO 1100.
Fairly new to HDR and I have to be careful not to look like a comic book.
Suggestions on HDR appreciated.

Great sunrise today wasn't it! I like this, just enough detail showing in the foreground to draw your eye in, but not over done. Great detail in the clouds as well. I wonder if the trees on the horizon showed a bit more detail if that would add some additional 'depth' to the photo. As is it is though I like it!

Really nice clouds and color. But, as Scott has already mentioned, I wonder if a little more detail in the distant trees might add some depth.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, Scott, it was a neat surnise. I saw your photo, too.
OK, this photo was sharpened. How do I get more detail in the trees. Perhaps my manual lens was slightly off?
Or reduction to 200kb??? I'll check the raw originals, the HDR generated shot, etc., also.

Larry,
I think the sharpness in the tree line looks ok, I was thinking more of a slight bit of light on the tree line might add some depth. If the HDR could be processed to just show a hint of color/light on the treeline kind of like the foreground grasses are showing.

Larry a beautiful sky for an HDR. If you shot one image overexposed it should show detail in the trees.

Thanks for the HDR info. I'll put up these 3 shots and try again.
