I feel like an intruder, but still just "hang out" and view. Hope you don't mind me jumping in with this photo.

I took this between Newton and Walton a few weeks ago. Hope you enjoy. Please let me know if this link doesn't connect you to the photo. Not sure what I am doing

Link worked. I sure wish I could find a field of perfection like this! The only sunflower field that I found had more weeds than sunflowers. I like the sky element along with the bales of hay. Nice color! Lots of depth! Post more is the only critique. :wavey:

I'm assuming when you say you don't know what you're doing you're talking about your web skills because it's very evident that you DO know what you're doing photographically!

Very nice pastoral scene with very lovely color, good DOF and balance. Well done!

PS > looks like you know more about the web than you thought since the link worked fine!

Okay.....okay...LOL....last time I tried posting a photo here I couldn't do it, so I guess I just stopped trying...now that I figured it out I hope to post up more.

Mike and David, Thank you so much for your vote of confidence. I don't do many "landscapes" and tend to do more intimates of flowers. I am trying hard to get back into the landscape mode.

Looks good to me! As the others have said, this photo has great depth...love the clouds you captured in this shot.

Amanda a beautiful image with the clouds and blooms, a great combo together. The exposure looks perfect also.

Gosh everyone...thanks so much for your kind words. I will try to post more. I know not being an official member limits the uploads. Here is the link to my smugmug page if anyone wants to visit it....and again I so appreciate all the feedback you can give me even if it's to point out something that I could have done different.

Jump in anytime Amanda, glad to see you posting. This is really nice, just the right amount of elements to give it that unmistakeable midwestern flavor.
