I posted this over at NPN, but thought I would share it here as well. It was practically shot in my backyard, a nearby regional park. I was just totally drawn into the greens of this setting. Lots of potential crops here. I've recently started using Capture 1 as my raw converter and this is one of my first efforts. All comments welcome. Best Regards.
Looks like some great fresh summer greens. Overall the colors seem a little yellow to my eyes, and hair bright or saturated.

Hey Michael,
I don't know that I would crop this one at all. The big main fern towards the top is nicely positioned in the frame and supported nicely by the rest of the ferns, twigs and leaves. This just feels quite natural for me and I think a wonderfully captured and intimate scene.
I might agree slightly with Floris about being a little yellow, but I wouldn't go so far as to call this "off," but more of a personal choice/taste. Looks pretty darn good to me and I'm drawn more to the content rather than the color.

This is nice Michael, now you can go back and shoot it in the fall too. I like the definitive pattern shape in the upper left. Very fresh!

There looks like there are lots of subtle details and delicate shades of green and yellows that would be nice to explore in a large print. A more square crop off the right side minimizing those darker areas near the edges might be worth exploring... not sure about that trade off though. Nicely seen!
