Fall Location Recommendation (1 1/2 hour from Denver)

Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any good locations for fall colors this weekend within 1 1/2 hour drive of Denver. There is always the option of RMNP, but that will be about a 2 hour drive for me. Has anyone had any luck with good fall colors at other locations? Thanks in advance for the info.

Kenosha Pass. Probably the best I know of that close to Denver. LOTS of aspens.

Jim, thanks for the advice. I was actually at Kenosha last weekend, so I am hoping to hit somewhere new based on recommendations.

Gold Camp Road; maybe just a bit longer drive than you spec'd but totally worth it.

Red Pond and Brainard Lake...1 1/2 hours from HR.

Nat & Jack, thanks very much for the suggestions. I will read up on some details around those locations and make a decision for this weekend. Hopefully there will be some good colors out there as well.

Old Stagecoach Road is probably the better option and technically Gold Camp terminates into Stagecoach. This road heads up to Victor and from there you could visit Mueller State Park. This weekend should be very good.

If they've opened it back up, Guenella Pass between Georgetown and US-285 is an option I chose more than once when I lived there. I read a month or two ago the road had been closed due to rocks slides so I don't know if has been reopened yet.
