The winners of this new competition were announced last night. See the pictures and press release over on my blog http://niallbenvie.churchilljohnson.co.uk/blog/?p=2218 - the main site doesn't have them up at the time of this post.
Just to congratulate all the winners and commended entries, I might add that there are quite a few members of this forum with images in the exhibition, I wont name anyone just in case I miss someone, but you all know who you are....
Great evening but shame it was a free sauna, Oh and I must point out I have a beard, Danny hasn't and I am slightly taller
Well done all
Phil

Thanks for the heads-up on this Niall. There's some superb images amongst the winners and congratulations to all concerned (especially double category winner Ben Hall) and to everyone who's work features in the exhibition

Thanks Niall. Worthy images there and I particularly like the urban wildlife winner.

Yeah it was a great evening, I didn't get back till 1am this morning but it was well worth it!
The standard was very high indeed, good to see lots of Fellow UKNPers with images on the wall, and congrats to the winners!

I agree the images are fantastic. The Ben Hall Gannet shot could not be better even if you could pick up the gannets and place them!

Congrats to all.

I thought the BH's Gannet shot might be one of Dannys when I saw it on Hoopers website yesterday - awesome shot (sorry Dan ).
Well done all winners and commendeds

Well done to all those successful. Have to say the stags fighting at dusk by Ben Hall must go down as one of my favourite shots of all time.

Big congrats to all the winners and what a selection of fabulous pictures on show. Some familar names and some new names too which just goes to show the great talent in the UK. I think this competition is a great idea and will grow and grow. A lot of Guys from UKNP featured as well
My own Favorites are the Mountain Hare and the Stoat shot is a belting image.
Congratulations to those picking up awards, I'm sure the competition will be massive next year. Can't wait.

Feel I should make a comment since I did quite well! It was a great evening and I'm sure this competition will become very popular and increasingly prestigious. Was entertaining to meet a few regular UKNPers. I can confirm that Phil H has a beard, but he is still vertically challenged!
