Fall Grasses
Lots of nice color in some of the old fields right now. These backlit grasses seemed to make a nice composition this morning...

Nice color and texture. I agree, the backlighting makes this image.

We are starting to get some early color. I hope all this rain doesn't mean a flat color season.

Hi Bill

Nice grouping of different elements in this pleasant composition. Looks like you're as fired up for Fall as I am.

I agree with John a nice grouping and the lighting really adds to the image. Those reds are really popping in some areas already. I am always fired up about fall any time of the year.

Bill, I echo what the others have said. A very nice composition. Are you still planning to sneak away to Colorado?

Thanks for the comments, guys. I'm hoping the next few weeks will dry things out and make for some great color in late October. Tom, I'm going to wait till next year for Colorado. Many of the reports on the RMNP have not been good, and it's such a long haul over and back.

Real nice Bill, I like the layers you've captured here. I also like how the darker shadows add compositional elements here to accent the bright fall colors. Well seen and captured.
