Fallow Stag
Taken yesterday on my first outing to Bradgate Park. Had a lovely day spoiled only by loosing my balance on some stepping stones and ending up in the stream. Fortunately Ian's lens was too big to record the incident and John was busy landscaping  Today I feel as if I have gone 10 rounds with Mohammad Ali :frown:

Hi Maggie really nice shot, colours are really nice, and good to see the deer in the water. its nice and sharp too.
Paul what about some comment on the picture. rather than pointing out a minor nit in the title, isn't that what NPN is about,

Walking in water is much easier with four legs rather than two.

The lighting is very nice and even. Did you use a flash?

Sorry to read about your mishap, Maggie  I hope you recover quickly. A shame it wasn't recorded, though.  I hope coming back with an excellent image like this one, made the mishap bearable.

Thats a nice image... perhaps in an ideal world a lower viewpoint (sounds like you were nearly able to get an ultra low one), trust the aches and pains go away soon....

Very nice Maggie, and I hope you soon recover from the unfortunate incident, even though I think the pain was worth it for this image.
