I would appreciate some help. A local store wants me to display just the prints (all are 11x14). I was thinking of just buying some 11x14 pre-cut cardboard and PVC sleeves. I have two questions:
- if my plan sounds good, do you know of an online store that I can order the supplies from?
- is there a better way to display prints without being scratched and bent?
Any input is appreciated.

Try matcutter.com I have had a lot of luck with them.

Momo,
Sorry I'm going to not answer your question directly, but --
On a related note -
Make sure you get archival materials, for instance cotton or rag, no paper for mats, and artcare foamboard for backing. anything that outgasses acidity will destroy your photos and if somebody buys it you don't want them to have a yellowed mat core and a fogged print - and yes even inkjets take a beating with nonarchival materials.
If you don't want to buy the precut mats I might be able to help you. I have a case worth of brightwhite 32x40 cotton + a case of foamcore + clearbags that I keep in stock at the gallery for making bin prints. As I have the ability to cut the mats I could facilitate this for a price that's lower than any online retailer. Send me a note if you like
EDIT: I just was informed you live in NM, send me a note anyway :)

Bags from clearbags.com and for bulk matting (for matted display) documounts had the best bulk prices on foamcore and cut mats last time I ordered.

Thanks for your replies guys. I don't actually need mats (sorry I was not clear). I just need 11x14 pieces of cardboard for backing. I think I am pretty set with the suggestions given. Thanks again.
