Took this Saturday morning on Highway 7 at Lake Degray. I'm rarely awake that early, but all of the sunrise images lately inspired me to get out and experience one myself.

I'm not so sure this is an HDR image, maybe, but it looks more like a great blend of several exposures.
Ditto on the sky, fog and trees giving great depth. Draws me right in.

A great combo fog and sunrise color. Really a beautiful image Jon and great job on the blend very natural looking.

A beautiful display of the early morning. The contrast of the soft fog and the starkness of the sun peaking through the clouds is a nice combo. Great shot!

Thanks for all the comments. Ed is right, not an HDR, I just blended three exposures the best I could in photoshop.
