Very nice capture Peter, super pose too, BG noise could do with reducing a little more and I would reduce the saturation a touch on the Kingfishers back. All that said, I wish it were mine as I don't have a Kingfisher shot anywhere near as good as this

Hello Peter.
Lovely pose and nice clean background. I agree that the saturation could be reduced a little.

It looked fine to me. Well done to get this much detail with stacked TCs and a lovely diffuse background.

A great result, particularly considering the stacked converters. It looks as if there's a bit of a halo under the beak which is presumably a processing or compression artefact. I'd like the saturation between the two as well. Wish that was my shot.

OK, I have totally re edited this image after the comments and looking at it again. This time I started by correcting exposure and neutralising the whites... WDYT

Cracking KF image, with stunning detail and colours, love the pose/look, well caught and well done Peter
I prefer the fist too, maybe just a tiny bit off the saturation but not much, I would forget noise reduction on the kingfisher, as this always leads to loss in feather detail which makes it look like paint daubs, there is nothing wrong with a little bit of grain in an image.
