One more red fox (c)
Here's one more red fox taken at the end of June at about 7:50 pm at the British Wildlife Centre in Surrey (i.e captive)

- Nikon D700 and 300mm f/4
- f/4.5 - 1/400 - ISO 450

Foxes are my project for 2010 so quite jealous every time I see one on here. He looks quite annnoyed to be getting his portrait taken.

Very nice David   :wavey:

Like others have said the pose on this one makes the image. Perfectly portrays the 'sly old fox' phrase! Perfect lighting and background. Nice one.

I think a vertical here, in order to give more space at the top, as for me the left hand side adds little to the overall image.

A very nice shot, I particularly like the penetrating stare. Well done.

Thank you for your replies
Some spoke of a vertical format, and I can't disagree, but I suppose my preference in generally for horizontal. (Although I'd change my mind if some magazine wanted to use this picture on it's cover!)
