photo ops by NC coast

I'll be traveling to the Wilmington area of North Carolina in early November and would appreciate any suggestions regarding interesting subjects either along the coast or inland 20-30 miles from Wilmington. Thanks Bob G

I too go down to North Topsail Beach regularly (inlaws) but get mainly sunrises (which are interesting because of the angle of the coastline.) I would be interested in expanding my venues there as well.
