Bill,
Cool shot. The falling leaves are wonderful.

Some nice images all around. I've tried the falling leaves shot a couple times but w/out success. This is nicely done. I like the vertical crop you have better than the one posted here.
When I first read this topic title, I was wondering if you'd suffered an accident! Glad to see that's not the case. The falling leaves works brilliantly - don't think I recall seeing anything quite like this shot before. Those couple of blurred leaves top right really covey the sense of motion.

Well actually Stephen I did fall, tripped over some logs not long after shooting these pics, smacked my camera pretty hard on a log, cut my elbow, hurt my shoulder, bruised my arm. But... my camera was just fine thanks to the L bracket taking all the hit. And I will heal! Thanks for your concern. Good guess! Of course my phone etc was in the car so lucky I didn't break a leg! No signal there anyway. But my whistle was in the car too! There are lessons to learn!

More than the wonderful composition, I love the mood that this conveys, I feel like I'm standing there Bill!

The falling leaves really add to the image. Nice shot.

You have some excellent images in this series! I agree with Grant about the image on the site-very nice.
Really nice take on the skyward aspen shot. Well done.

Great shot Bill! You managed to make a creative and novel image from a "cliche" photograph, which is not easy to do. Sometimes the title really enhances the artistic value of an image, as in this case!

Hi Bill,
Love how you captured the leaves falling right on top of you. Sorry, though, about you falling on top of the leaves. Hope you are ok.
Very nice collection of images.
