Shot on the Kansas river close to where Wayne was at, but a little after the sun came over the horizon. I decided to try a sunburst and actually got somewhat of a double as it reflected on the river's surface.
Thanks for letting me tag along, Wayne & Scott! I had a GREAT time shooting with you guys and saw some absolutely gorgeous places

Nice shot! I love the double sunburst and the light/shadows on the left side of the fg.
I had a blast Saturday! Did you make it back to the area on Sunday?
Looks like you all had a great morning! Love the shadows created by the low sun angle, and the log adds a lot of interest to the foreground. Beautiful work Angela.

Angela, the expanse of the Kansas River reminds me of my youthful days growing up in Memphis on the Mississippi River. It sounds like your group had a nice trip.

nice job, Angela. The double star is a nice touch. The log is a good element, as is the sunlit tiny leaf in the front.

The double sunbeams are very nice Angela. I like the light in the fg too. I always enjoy seeing how different the comps turn out when a small group of photogs make images in the same place. Nice take on the river side setting.
The morning was great and thanks to Scott we were introduced to some neat spots. I'm glad we were able to get together.
