Wow!, i really have no idea how this will impact the photo world, but surely these edit's are getting too simple.

Wow thats ridiculous. I don't think I'll take anything as far as they do in that video but it may be nice for simple stuff like removing power lines or other distracting elements.

I can't believe it. I haven't had CS4 for that long and now there is another one. My dumb luck.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet! Adobe has historically issued a new version within 18 to 24 months of the previous issue. CS4 came out in October of last year. You might begin to look sometime in the first quarter of 2010, but not before. Not that they are obliged to follow the pattern, but that is a lot of software to expect in less than a year.

Pretty incredible stuff! I do wonder what the results look like at 100%... as you can make anything look good at web size.

Combine that with this, and we won't have to leave the room anymore to create any scene you could possible want! Of course, that would defeat the whole purpose of nature photography IMO. But I'm sure stock/ad agencies will love it.

That's pretty scary. Its hard even now to know what's real. Where will this leave real photography when any novice can create their own composition from mediocre photos?

Maybe real photography (whatever that means) will return to film.

Cheers,
