Willow Flycatcher?
Spotted this bird along Dune Rd. hanging amongst the phrag and grounsel bush. I'm 99% sure it's a flycatcher, and 75% sure it's a Willow version

(Shot from my car, with my 200mm)

Looks like an Eastern Phoebe. A Willow Flycatcher would have wingbars.

Looks like an Eastern Phoebe to me too.

As Doug says, a Willow Flycatcher would have two white or buffy wing bars. It would also have a complete eye ring and a bi-colored beak. It's likely an Eastern Phoebe, although this time of year I'd expect to see a buffy wash on the chest.

Eastern Phoebe, so at least you got the 99% flycatcher part.
