I took a drive over Cottonwood pass and shot this on Spring Creek last friday morning. The fall colors weren't all that great so I took what mother nature had to offer.

Good eye to see this. On my monitor, it appears not quite sharp - but it's almost impressionistic, so that's not necessarily bad. I wonder if you've considered cropping out the rock on the top, so it becomes almost a square composition?

A bit contrasty to me...maybe open up the shadows a bit with Shadow/Highlights?
