Squirrel drinking
Gret Squirrel at the old pool in the wood. Been too dark in there lately but leaves coming off will help.

Nice image and lovely sharp eye. Noticed a squirrel eating some sort of weed from a stream when I was out last week. Never seen them do that before. Haven't posted the picture as the light was not good and taken at quite a distance. This pond looks quite attractive John

That's a very nice squirrel shot John , everything seems to balance nicely and even the square format works well on this. If I was being ultra-picky (which of course I never am), that little diagonal twig left of the tail could be cloned out because my eye keeps picking it up and I'll bet that now I've mentioned it your eye will do the same.

Thats a belter John and super sharp too for an 80th, but the raised tail makes the shot for me, top stuff JR.

Not everyone's favourite mammal for various reasons, but they can certainly make for a lovely image. This is a stunner John, i love the varied colours throughout, and the detail in the squirrel is very nice. Nice one.

Hi John,

Super shot, suits the square crop very well! Saw one of these swim across the River Wye the other day, never heard of a squirrel swimming before, looked very odd!

Cheers,

Lewis.
