Came across this bull enjoying a good afternoon nap, tried some B&W themed shots out.

I love the expression on his face, and there are a great range of tones in here. I'm not normally a fan of b&w for wildlife, but it works well here.

Though not a lover of B&W normally, I certainly like this. Excellent.

Beautiful love the B+W,and the wide-angle composition is brillant

Thats brilliant. Really like this. The seal on its own would have been great but the added extra of the clouds is superb. Great idea to try it in B+W aswell. Works superbly.
I too really like this one Tim. It certainly conveys a wonderful sense of isolation and the B/W works very well indeed. Top drawer. Obviously the seal didn't mind you being so close!

That's excellent Tim. I can see this won't remain a novel idea for very long!
A lovely image and very different from the usual we see from DK
Although as everyone else has said, I think we'll start to see others trying this too, which is going to result in a lot of photographers getting very close to the seals...and that is already a cause for concern at times...potential storm brewing...?

Wow, high impact image. I'd love it without the Seal. Well thought out and executed.

This is very different, and special... you may have started a trend? Absolutely super!

All been said excellent.

B&W is quite daring for me, quite glad it works as things tend to get very "marmite" when you start doing B&W enviro stuff.
