Ice, Ice, Ice...
Ice is coating everything at home, including our fairly steep driveway, so stuck close to home and photographed in the yard this weekend and wanted to share a few shots and get your comments. The first one is a rose weighted down by the ice.

Brrrr. Cool post, pun intended. I like the rose and aspen leaf shots the best.

Spent last night up on Rampart Range, drove down to Garden of the Gods this morning. In all my years chasing rime ice conditions, I don't think I've ever seen it so thick.

Nice shots, Scott. I really like the first one.

Excellent comps, light, and detail.

Love that rose shot, gorgeous stuff. Smart decision to stay home, I had to commute to work and it was challenging at times to keep the back end in line with the front end and that's with full time 4wd.

I am such a sucker for ice shots, and these are sooo nice, Scott! That first one totally rocks.

Great series Scott. Seriously, does it get any better than shooting in your own yard? Love #3, and the rustic colors of #2.

I like 'em all!
Glad you were able to capture one of nature's more wondrous moments so very well.
