Like everyone else on our recent CANP weekend on the East Side, I was out searching for some nice fall color. This was taken just below Lake Sebrina on Sat. (the weekend of our gathering, which unfortunately I never made it to). Like every where else, it was windy, so please forgive the movement, which I actually think adds a little to the image. Thanks for your comments. Best Regards.

Michael,
You missed out on a really great meet and greet, I like the creek in the image with the litle cascade, I don't notice much motion blur, maybe I would in a larger image. Nice job.

I like the combination of the single tree and the stream. You made the most
of an off year for fall color in the Eastern Sierras.

I like the way that fg aspen stands out against that darker background. I also like the balance created between that aspen trunk and the brighter conifer trunk in the bg. At first I was a little undecided about the aspen leaves in the LLC, but the more I look at this the more I think it balances the overall weight of the image. Looks pretty good considering the circumstances that weekend.
