Taken on Saturday at Bradgate. A change from roaring stags. I think Mark was surprised to see that I had a sentimental side

As you say Maggie, a nice intimate moment. I would prefer to see more space at the bottom of the frame as you have lost the feet of the calf. A good example of the 'camouflage' of a red der at this time of year.
Robert.
A nice moment and good bit of behaviour to have witnessed and captured. A bit more room on the bottom would have been good but you've caught the moment which is the main thing.

Just been watching Komodo dragons dealing with a water buffalo on Life as I have not been able to go to badminton as I normally do on Monday evenings. Nice to see you have a gentler side Maggie. I agree about the crop but still a very nice image of an intimate scene.

Maggie ....on saturday I thought 'rose amongst two thorns.' There was no doubt about your sweeter side I just hung about in the off chance you might fall in the river again. Bugger....
Love the imtimacy captured..... a sweet moment caught by a sweet lady ....with a crap sense of balance.
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the comments about more room at the bottom but unfortunately it was full frame and I obviously didn't concentrate enough in framing the image.
Thanks Mark - that fall cost me £30 at the Chiropractors today
