I'm posting this as an experiment having adapted my 'processing for web' technique in accordance with some of the comments/guidance given in response to some of my earlier posts.
How does this look please? Any suggestions for further improvement gratefully received
PS. Taken with Canon EOS30D and Canon EF100-400 L IS lens at 180mm, f/5.6, 1/250th sec, ISO 640, with -2/3 exp. comp.

I just like it- a very fine shot, good detail and colour and a good background too.
The colours appear accurate for warm light, it is sharp and has little or no noise.

I think it is very difficult to judge 'publishing for web' images, mainly as the majority of the audience will have overly bright, uncalibrated monitors. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps increasing the black level (to darken the background) to compensate for the this tendency for over-brightening on most monitors.

I have no idea as far as technique is concerned and I'm lost in PP.
This photograph is top class the colour is spot on IMHO.
A super kingfisher shot Jeff and as has been said, the minnow is the icing on top. The processing looks fine to me. I'm viewing this on an uncalibrated works monitor but will give it another look tonight at home.

I am no expert Jeff but the colour looks spot on to me. Very nice detail too.

Excellent image and the processing looks fine to me. That poor old fish is at just the right angle and ices the cake nicely. Eric

I'm viewing this on a calibrated Coloredge CE240W and it's absolutely fine Jeff. It's sharp, well detailed, colour correct and well composed.
