Sprague Lake
Taking the advice of several people from my last post I decided to convert this shot of Sprague Lake in RMNP to B/W. I liked the late afternoon sidelight that was spilling onto some of the lakeside grasses. Thanks for looking.

24mm, 1/15 sec @ f/11, ISO 100, MF, circ polarizer, convert to b/w using CS4

I like this a lot Wayne. Your composition includes so many layers that gives it tremendous depth. It really makes me want to be there enjoying that view. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with John's comment - so much depth here that it feels like I could step right into the scene. Beautiful Wayne.

The nice thing about B/W is that it doesn't show all the dead tree brown.

Also, the shot of the Loch is extremely nice.
