Thought I would share this photo from a few years ago - November 2006 to be exact. It was my first hiking trip out with my first DSLR, the Nikon D70, and first time to shoot waterfalls. I got some of my favorite photos that day - this one, one of Eden Falls, and one of Paradise Falls.

This is a composite of three different exposures.

I sure like some of those great locations like this you get in the Ozarks.

Very nice.

Makes me want to go for a hike.

I've tried that same shot/technique and failed. Your exposures are dead-on. Nice amount of water flow too!

Great perspective on a beautiful scene, Matt. Thanks for sharing.

The exposure is wonderful Matt and I really like the unique perspective shown here.

There does seem to be a significant CCW tilt to this frame but I think you would loose too much of the cave opening if you were to correct for it. Have any in the files with more of the opening visable?

Nice work, looking forward to seeing more.

Good job capturing this location Matt. Like Wayne said, you nailed the exposure, which I'm sure was difficult. And thanks for sharing - it takes me back that special spot.
