It's here, seems to have some nice additions. I especially like the improved noise reduction.

Do note that its still beta so you shouldn't use your main catalog, just to make sure nothing bad happens

Last night Adobe released the beta version of the upcoming Lightroom 3:

It seems like a really short time since I upgraded to LR 2. I suppose another $100 is going to be due to get full support for the newer cameras!!!

Does anyone know if I install the LR3 Beta if it will install over my current version 2.5? Thanks!

Bill, as far as I understand - the LR3 Beta will NOT overwrite your current version, but install it as a separate program. This is how the previous versions/betas have worked. Just make sure to make copies of your original raw files to be imported into LR3 Beta.
